Job Description
Work Environment
The position is office-based with an open workstation setup (no cubicles). Standard working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a company-wide lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required, and the current schedule involves one shift. Training includes HR onboarding and product overview.
Qualifications:
+ 2–5 years of product/project management experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
+ Experience with ERP systems; preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365, but open to candidates with similar ERP backgrounds (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Epicor).
+ High school diploma or GED minimum required.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Effective communication skills; must be comfortable interacting with engineers, sales, shop staff, and customers.
