Our client, a growing heavy civil construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure, underground servicing, earthworks, and road construction projects across Southwestern Ontario.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who enjoys balancing field operations, client relationships, project execution, and team coordination while working on impactful infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage heavy civil construction projects from award through closeout
Oversee watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, road reconstruction, and site servicing projects
Coordinate project activities with field crews, foremen, superintendents, consultants, municipalities, and subcontractors
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and contract adminis...
