Responsibilities




+ Facilitating the creation of project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals

+ Defining and creating project plans for project/program prioritization and implementation

+ Building, leading and coaching multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles

+ Assessing and facilitating the resolution of project risks and issues as they are encountered

+ Monitoring financial delivery and issue management processes, being sure to escalate issues and variances to cost, and schedule variances where necessary

+ Tracking milestones and deliverables using MS Project and other appropriate tools

+ Facilitating all operational checkpoint activities throughout the project lifecycle such as requirement analysis, vendor selection, design, development, testing, implementa...
