Original job description
Ideally, I am looking for someone with experience in maritime shipping - preferably a naval architect or a marine engineer.
If there is a strong candidate without direct experience in the field, I am also open to hiring them as a junior PM, provided their background is related to the maritime industry.
I would prefer someone with a degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering. We need to work on some complex technical projects, and an engineering background will be crucial. I would rather have a less experienced PM with a degree in engineering than a more experienced PM without this knowledge.
