Project Manager Overview
Project Managers are responsible for delivering defined outcomes on time, on budget and to the required quality. The role blends scope definition, schedule planning (Gantt charts, dependency analysis), team leadership, stakeholder management, risk and issue tracking, budget reporting, and quality assurance. A majority of UK PMs hold one of three major certifications: PRINCE2, APM PMQ or PMP.
