Job Description

The Mission:
As the Project Manager, you are the strategic link between the customer’s vision and our factory’s execution. You will own the transition of new products from the R&D/NPI phase into high-volume manufacturing. Your goal is to lead the Ramp-up phase—ensuring capacity is ready, costs are controlled, and delivery targets are met with surgical precision.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Customer & Contractual Liaison

  • Voice of Operations: Serve as the primary representative to customers for project status, operational health, and post-launch maintenance.

  • Contractual Oversight: Participate in the review of RFIs (Request for Information), Statement of Work (SOW) documents, and Development Agreements to ensure operational feasibility.
