Project Manager

• Defence Sector Projects based at Singleton Army Base, Williamtown RAAF Base and multiple other sites.
• Projects ranging from $2-$7 million
• Oversee the management of a multi-disciplined team

THE ROLE

• Overall management of construction, refurbishment & remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
• Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
• Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
• Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
• Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
• Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
• Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program 
• Involvement with tendering/estimation
• Raise RFI’s and track responses
