  Design and Build are working with a client who are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their team to work on commercial newbuild projects across Sydney. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering commercial new build projects. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
 Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
 Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work 
 Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
 High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
 Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
 Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial construction.
