  For S ustainability Projects WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:  The Technical Part: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science and five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager in the regulated industry.  Bilingual: Spanish and English Soft Skills: Attention to detail, organization, and writing skills.   Shift: Administrative and according to business Experience: Experience managing sustainability projects.

Experience managing changes/improvements to existing products, whether at different sites, changing materials, or product cycles.

The resource must be able to ensure continuous component availability, address any production or quality issues, and implement design changes or improvements.

Strong communication skills, presentation skills, bilingual ability, and leadership skills.
