We are looking for a compassionate and committed professional to join our established team as Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support. Our service provides person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health, and autism. We support 23 tenants, each living in their own self-contained apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and wet room. Our goal is to empower people to develop the skills and confidence to lead independent, fulfilling lives. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered consistently.
