Project Manager Spatial Experiences (mfd)

Primary scope

• Lead complex and challenging international projects from its planning to execution and completion including the entire project organization and control.
• Oversee the development of the master project schedule and manage its implementation.
• Monitor projects quality deadlines and cost control.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for key stakeholders.
• Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
• Participate in tender process i.e. design submission and review.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation contract negotiations fee and pricing decisions.
• Tender negotiate and award supplier contracts for subcontracting services.
• Collaborate with Crew Management on resource planning of assigned projects using EasyJob software.
