Project Manager (Solar)

Job Description

A reputable renewable energy firm is currently in search of a Project Manager to join their team in Gauteng. Candidates must be well experienced within the renewable energy/ solar industry.

Requirements:

•BSc: Electrical Engineering

•Post Graduate Diploma: Project Management (Advantageous)

•Have held a Project Manager position on solar plants for recent years of employment

•Strong knowledge of construction & supply agreements/ contracts

•Extensive knowledge and experience in the PV industry, C&I microgrids, solar & storage

•Able to meet deadlines and budget

•Knowledge of battery systems, power conversion, MV/HV systems, IT and data communication systems, and control systems

•Experience using MS Office, MS Projects, PVSyst, Helioscope or equivalent simulation packages
