ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a groundwork and RC frame project in KENT. You will take overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality and safety across your projects, leading the site management team and maintaining strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility for safe, on-programme and on-budget delivery of projects
• Leading the site management team including engineers, foremen and site managers
• Maintaining and developing strong client and consultant relationships
• Chairing progress meetings and reporting to the board on project performance
• Managing sub-contractors, labour and plant resources to programme
• Commercial awareness – supporting the QS team with variations, valuations and cost control
