🔧 Key Responsibilities

1) For Mechanical Project Manager

• Lead and manage ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) projects
• Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation in line with project requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on ACMV design and execution
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and specific guidelines
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for ACMV systems
• Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, scope, and timelines are met
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues related to HVAC/ACMV systems
• Ensure proper documentation, including reports, testing records, and handover documents
• Support procurement of ACMV equipment and materials
