Overview

Project Manager with a Bachelor level of Civil Design and 5 years' experience in a comparable role in UAE. Strong communication, issue resolution, and customer service skills. Proficient in construction software including AutoCAD or Revit and 3D visualization (3ds Max or SketchUp) and Primavera or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual maintenance budget/project
• Apply tasks from beginning to completion
• Define job scope, budget, and schedule
• Establish a thorough construction/project completion schedule
• Evaluate layout files for constructability, organization, uniformity, and synchronization during schematic and design development stages of the work
• Provide value engineering analysis as needed
• Review phase deliverables for regulatory compliance
• Prepare architectural/shop drawings
