Project Manager Services - French Speaking

SIDEL would like to fill the role of a French speaking Project Manager Services based in Dubai.

• Understand customer requests and translate his needs
• Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete solution answering customer needs
• Support Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
• Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction

• Project registration in SAP
• Initiate the project with customer and aftersales manager
• Set a full schedule and coordinate with customer accordingly
• Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support at Supply Chain and PM&D
