About the Role
Lead a major enterprise ITSM transformation, replacing a legacy platform with ServiceNow. This is a high-impact program focused on modernising service management, improving efficiency, and enhancing user experience.  
You’ll own end-to-end delivery, including design, integrations, data migration, and change.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the full project lifecycle (selection → implementation → operations)  
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendors
• Manage risks, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Report to senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. CPS230, PCI-DSS)
