PROJECT MANAGER

Managing projects from planning and design until implementation stage.

Coordinate and liaise with other departments, consultants and contractors.

Review electrical and mechanical systems during conceptual design stage.

Monitor and report work progress and budget.

To ensure projects are completed on time, within the budget and desired quality.

Liaison with local authority and government agencies for submission and approval of plans, meeting, getting supporting letters for CCC etc.

Manage defect rectification works during Defect Liability Period.

Coordinate with customer service department e.g. key handing over, defect complaint by unit owners etc.

To execute any duties as directed by the management as deemed necessary.

A Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Structural/ Quantity Surveying/ Architecture or in related field with relevant experiences.
