Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for work progress from beginning until handover project
• Daily monitoring and coordinating construction work at site.
• Ensure all work done in accordance to the specification in good workmanship practice and without delay on progress.
• Controlling of resources such as materials, labour, tools, machinery and etc.
• Prepare requisition for materials and ensure all material and machinery delivered to site conform to the purchase order.
• To control and manage sub-contractors/ Clients/ Suppliers at site.
• To identify and record quality problems through inspection.
• To ensure all workers comply with safety regulations on site.
