Project manager

Job Description:
Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Work closely with HQ Project team to maintain and implement global standardized solutions and frameworks for IT services
Translate business IT requirements into technical requirements precisely. Drive full-scale infrastructure project proposal with the technical team and HQ team to present to management
Define resource allocation, project scope, roles and responsibilities and project timeline
Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery. Review and report to stakeholders regularly as a timely update
Identify and address problems that arise with the project team. Decide alternatives/work-around in time to ensure project deliverables still meet expectations
