Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager based in LATAM to work full-time providing project management services to US-based startups. The ideal candidate has strong experience in fast-paced startup environments, is highly proficient with JIRA, and communicates fluently in English with international stakeholders.
This role requires autonomy, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for US-based startup clients.
• Use JIRA to plan, track, and report projects (epics, stories, sprints, dashboards).
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Act as the main point of contact with US stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; manage mitigation plans.
