Project Manager (RPA)

Primarily focus on RPA.
Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle
Process assessment
Feasibility & ROI analysis
Design → Development → Testing → Deployment → Hypercare
Familiarity with leading RPA tools:
UiPath
Automation Anywhere
Blue Prism
Microsoft Power Automate
Knowledge of:
Attended vs unattended bots
Bot orchestration & scheduling
Exception handling
Bot maintenance & reusability
Experience in Microsoft Technologies like Power Platform

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or PMP certification / Scrum Master certifications is preferred.
Certification on Microsoft Power Platform would be an added advantage
Relevant Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in the insurance industry with 5 years of Project Management experience.
Good understanding of insurance business and regulations.
