Job Description

The Role: As a Project Manager in the CAPEX Centre of Excellence, you will oversee projects focused on the enhancement and modernization of production processes. These projects involve technical innovations and quality improvements, driven by internal ideas, best practices from other ADM Centers of Excellence, regulatory changes (SHEQ), and advancements from equipment suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Ensure ADM Safe working practises during design and execution of the project
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
