Project Manager (Residential/light Commercial)

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are working with a well-established and growing construction business who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver residential and light commercial projects across the Waikato and Auckland regions . The Role

You will take full responsibility for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is on programme, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams, while maintaining clear reporting and effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
