Minimum Requirements Candidate must have a minimum BSc, Beng or BTech qualification in the Built environment degree. Project Management related qualification will be an added advantage. Post grad in Project Management, Business or Legal related studies will be an advantage. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years' experience in complex building and/or infrastructure projects. Duties & Responsibilities Good knowledge of and experience in the built environment, planning processes, statutory approval processes in the obtaining of development rights; government policies, leading and managing multi-disciplinary professional teams including mentoring of junior staff members, compilation and submission of tenders and proposals.
