• Take full ownership of transformer delivery projects across different customer segments, leading them from planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and risks, and act as the key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and technical requirements.
• Manage procurement and supplier collaboration: source, tender, issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, negotiate terms, and resolve challenges.
• Promote safe working practices, ensure compliance with regulations, conduct risk assessments, and participate in site inspections and audits.
