Contract Project Manager – Luxury Residential & Infrastructure Development (Inside IR35)
Location: Perthshire (Fully Site Based, accommodation available)
Day Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: Long term assignment, minimum 5 years
Working Pattern: 5 days per week on site

A leading global construction and property consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a long term contract role supporting a major private estate development in Perthshire. This is a rare opportunity to work on a multi year programme delivering luxury residential properties and significant new infrastructure within a prestigious rural estate. Accommodation can be provided during the working week if required.
Please note: Candidates from IT, Finance, Marketing or unrelated sectors will not be considered. Construction experience and proven contract administration (JCT or NEC) are essential.
