You will manage end‑to‑end projects that support both strategic and operational needs of the factory. You take ownership of planning, execution and financial control while ensuring compliance with contractual, quality and environmental standards. You lead certification projects, new product introductions and customer delivery initiatives across multiple segments.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You lead projects from planning to completion with clear structure and transparency.
You build and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
You coordinate certification, NPI and optimization projects across teams.
You monitor project risks, costs and financial flows and act when deviations occur.
