Project Manager & Operations Lead

The main objective of the position is create and manage robust project management plans and tracking tools, ensuring production targets are achieved while meeting financial goals and client expectations.

Daily Functions

• Project Planning & Risk Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including action logs and risk registers;
• Status Reporting: Create and deliver highly effective status reports to both VPS management and client stakeholders;
• Production & Financial Oversight: Enforce production methods to meet or exceed the financial goals and targets established for each project;
• Team Leadership: Independently manage team activities to ensure production targets are met with high-quality standards;
