Project delivery & change management: Own the full execution cycle of assigned individual projects, typically leading 1-2 projects simultaneously. You will define local work plans, track milestones, and manage day‑to‑day change management to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes.

Risk mitigation & problem solving: Proactively identify and resolve project‑specific bottlenecks and resource constraints to maintain momentum at the unit level.

Value realization: Partner with local finance and operational teams to implement benefit capture plans, ensuring that project deliverables meet defined short‑term financial targets, performance metrics, and cost‑out goals.
