Project Manager, OP PMO

Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta:

• You will work as a Project Manager in the OP PMO leading 1–2 execution projects within the NOSTE profit‑improvement program at Neste.
• You will own full project delivery and change management, drive risk mitigation and value realization, and collaborate with the Program PMO, workstream VPs and site operations.
• The role is based in Espoo or Kilpilahti (Porvoo) with free employee bus transport and requires office presence at least three days a week.
• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, economics or business, solid project experience in heavy industry or refining, fluent English (Finnish advantageous), and applications must be submitted via Neste’s recruitment system by August 12, 2026.
