- Manage and oversee end-to-end Ocean Freight Export and Import operations to ensure smooth and efficient shipment handling.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Ocean Operations team to achieve operational excellence and service quality targets.
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customs brokers, trucking vendors, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and handling operational issues, escalations, and service inquiries.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency, productivity, and service performance.
