Project Manager NPI

The project management department is responsible for managing improvement projects and industrialization projects of new product introductions. Your responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring product feasibility and process/product quality
• Providing product improvement proposals
• Setting up and ensuring the VDL ETG production process according to pre-agreed objectives in terms of quality, logistics, technology, and costs.
• Optimally setting up and securing the supply chain
• Reporting project progress
• Ensuring the realization of prototypes and pilots

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in project management within the complex manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership qualities and experienced in guiding teams.
• Familiar with the high-tech industry.
