Overview

As Production & Engineering Project Manager – Timber Industry , you’ll take the lead on large-scale technical and operational projects, including full plant shutdowns, equipment upgrades, and optimisation programs. You'll be the link between production, electrical and mechanical maintenance, and external suppliers.

You will manage complex projects from start to finish – whether it’s a full production line overhaul or strategic capacity expansions. Your role is critical in ensuring project delivery within time, scope and budget. Alongside that, you’ll lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and sustainable production.
