Looking for a strong Project Manager to step in and take ownership of projects across industrial and commercial. This role is with a national leading design-build firm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead ground-up and renovation projects from precon through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, subcontractor management, and client relationships
• Handle buyout, procurement, and contract administration
• Coordinate closely with field teams, design teams, and ownership
• Manage cost tracking, change orders, and overall project performance
• Keep projects moving, on schedule, and on budget
