PROJECT MANAGER

Our organization is seeking a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project setup and oversight, budget management, documentation/reporting, safety practices and basic heavy machine knowledge and managing workflow and milestones.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination
• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Follow current job workflows and continually improve job processes to provide job efficiencies
• Ability to clearly communicate and work closely with management
• Maintain a clean, safe, work area in compliance with company/customer & OSHA standards
• Project workflow experience is necessary and demolition workflow is beneficial
• Ability to understand technical drawings
• Knowledge of the machines and tools needed to successfully and safely complete projects
