Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing-related projects including equipment installations, process improvements, plant expansions, and NPI initiatives Develop detailed project plans and corp. level presentations including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables Ensure alignment with plant production schedules and operational constraints Drive adherence to stage-gate or structured project management processes Apply Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process optimization initiatives Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions Track and report measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and safety (CQDS) Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, ...
