Job Description

Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP and containment/integration work packages, including cable tray systems, fibre pathways, pipe supports, and all associated ancillary installations. 
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met. 
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. 
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and mitigate project risks. 
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. 
Ensure MEP systems and all containment/integration elements are installed and commissioned to design specifications. 
Lead project meetings and coordinate activities with other construction disciplines. 
Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and construction standards. 
Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
