Project Manager / Mechanical Draftsperson – Full Time (Earlton)

Position Overview

The Project Manager/Mechanical Draftsperson leads engineering and fabrication projects from concept through completion. The role combines hands‑on drafting with project management responsibilities, ensuring all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Project support: To lead project planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication to ensure smooth execution. Supervise and review the work of drafting personnel assigned. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement timely actions to keep projects on track with deadlines and quality expectations.

Drafting: To produce accurate 2D/3D fabrication and installation drawings, sketches using AutoCAD and/or Inventor to support project design and production needs. Generate work orders and packing lists. Conduct field measuring.
