PROJECT MANAGER

Most Project Manager roles focus on delivering a project and moving on to the next one. This isn't one of them.

You’ll work directly with owners of some of Melbourne’s best custom homes, becoming the go-to person once construction is complete. These clients are busy, expect a premium level of service and want someone they trust to take care of everything after handover.

You’ll likely manage around 5-10 private clients at any one time, overseeing the ongoing maintenance, servicing and presentation of their homes while building long-term relationships with each owner.

That could mean coordinating maintenance works, organising servicing, managing defects, arranging upgrades or overseeing construction projects up to $1m around the property. One day might involve expanding a deck, the next reviewing pool issues, coordinating smart home systems or ensuring backup generators are serviced and ready when needed.
