Job Title: Project Manager – EPC

About the Role:
We are hiring a Project Manager – CNI EPC to lead on-site execution of Commercial & Industrial solar projects in India. You will manage everything from site handover to grid commissioning, ensuring compliance with Indian electrical safety rules, DISCOM procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and deliver CNI solar EPC projects across Indian states.
Manage on-site activities: civil work, module mounting, stringing, inverter installation, earthing and grid interconnection.
Coordinate with DISCOMs for net metering/open access approvals, synchronisation and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with MNRE quality standards, IEC and Indian Electricity Rules.
Track project progress using MS Project or Primavera; prepare daily/weekly reports.
Manage contractor billing, material reconciliation and resource allocation.
