Project Manager, ISF Project, Tampere

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the project management and practical implementation of the ISF project – Terrorism Threat Preparedness in Internal Finland – managed by the Pirkanmaa Rescue Services. The project runs from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2028 in collaboration with the Kanta-Häme Rescue Services.

In this role you will lead the implementation of the project and related reporting, chair the project team, and present to the steering group. You will also support preparedness and civil protection tasks that further the project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project implementation and reporting.
• Chair the project team and present to the steering group.
• Compile the annual training plan for the permanent staff of the rescue services.
• Develop the activities of the rescue pioneer unit.
• Report project phases and progress to your supervisor.
