Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out)

Job Description & Requirements
. ⁠Liaise with vendors/sub- contractors, in-house designers, mall managements and clients.
. Coordinate and manage full life cycle renovation projects.
. To ensure site matters tallies with the design drawing and design intent.
. Ensuring timely and smooth project handover within stipulated timelines.
. Tracking and reporting on project progress weekly.
. To prepare Project Timeline for Principal's review, and to present to Client for approval prior to starting work.
. Conduct Quality Checks.
. To ensure defect check prior and after each renovation work, and ensure defect rectification to be satisfactory to the company standard before handing over to Client.
. To ensure day to day defect rectification raise by existing or future clients are arranged for rectification on a timely manner.
