  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout using Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and collaborative contracting models

  • Facilitate alignment between owners, designers, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams

  • Champion Lean Construction principles, including:

  • Last Planner® System

  • Pull planning and look-ahead planning

  • Constraint management

  • Continuous improvement and retrospectives
