Description

·Experience with basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, staff planning, coaching and process execution.

·Experience working with resource management tools (IE: Syndeo, WorkDay)

·Proven ability to work with the SAFe partners to provide talent management and organizational effectiveness support across ARTs, Teams and Functional areas

·Proven ability to work across functional lines and directly take responsibility for resolving staffing issues in support of Human Resources, Finance, Subcontracts and Engineering.

·Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills

·Good communication skills including preparing and presenting results, findings and alternatives and influencing management decision making based on the best available data
