The ICS Project Manager leads project team to develop and release mixed-signal products within time, budget, and datasheet compliance to deliver an important contribution to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
•Planning and coordination of projects from definition to transfer to production
•Manage cross-functional project teams
•Inspiring, encouraging and driving the team members and ensuring a high level of motivation and commitment
•Project tracking regarding time, datasheet compliance, cost, and resources
•Regular reporting project status and gate passing to the management
•Stakeholder management
•Budget management
•Risk management
•Support the continuous improvement of the ICS development process
