Project Manager I

**Job Description**
BAE Systems, one of the world's largest defense contractors and a stable Fortune 500 Company, is hiring a Modernization Infrastructure Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

+ Works with subcontractors, in-house engineers, procurement and teammates within the Program Management group to ensure projects are on schedule, on budget and executed safely.
+ Report to the Radford Modernization Lead Program Manager and be responsible for the execution of various projects at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP).
+ Solve complex technical problems by providing leadership for developing project plans and their implementation.
+ Communicate summaries and recommendations to the Radford Modernization Lead Program Manager based on assessment program issues.
+ Determine project risks and coordinates appropriate mitigation activities.
+ Provide input to the program with regards to the impact of Risks and Opportunities on the schedule.
