Project Manager- HVAC

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC retrofit, mechanical construction, and equipment replacement projects throughout the Ottawa region.

This position offers the opportunity to manage projects from planning through completion while working closely with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage HVAC retrofit and mechanical construction projects from kickoff to closeout
• Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and scope requirements
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Order and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment
• Attend site meetings and provide project leadership throughout execution
