Position Summary

The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager is responsible for providing direction and support for all EH&S activities, including implementation, monitoring, and review of C&W compliance/performance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Create, manage and lead the deployment of C&W's EH&S programs across the US, to ensure safety is part of day-to-day operations at each site within the Asset Services.
• Effectively communicate C&W's safety culture and operating philosophies.
• Assist in the identification of possible losses; evaluate the risk in such loss exposure; develop and implement a plan to correct or prevent a loss; and audit the plan to ensure its effectiveness.
• Maintain and update as needed SOP's for all safe work practices and equipment and utilize them in day-to-day training.
