Our client is a well-established Vietnamese group in the jewelry manufacturing and retail sector, currently seeking an experienced professional to join their organization.
1. Strategy and Standards Management
Coordinate with Creative and Brand teams to develop design and construction standards for each store model.
Establish regulations on construction materials, finishing, MEP systems, security, and fire safety.
Ensure construction feasibility and effective cost control.
2. Store Construction Project Management
Develop and manage detailed construction plans for each store including timeline, checklist, capex budget, and resource allocation.
Manage all project phases from site survey, technical design, construction, to final acceptance and handover.
3. Contractor and Supplier Management
